54 year old female diabetic with ankle fracture and exposed titanium plate. Post-op MRSA wound infection. 
Chronic open wound with exposed plate. 
Daily PulseCare closed pulse irrigation treatment, using 3 Litres Normal Saline, with Normal Saline Wet/Moist x 24 days treated at bedside.
